If you purchased a Suop M2M/IoT SIM for use in Europe, activate it at activate-iot-sim.
You will need:
- Order number: enter it exactly as shown by the online store where you purchased your SIM, including any dashes. For example, Amazon order numbers follow a format like 403-12345-67890.
- Postal code of your shipping address.
- Your customer details.
- The SIM's activation code or ICCID — the 19-digit number printed on the card, starting with 89.
Note: always enter the order number exactly as provided by your retailer, including dashes — an incorrect format may prevent activation.
